These LUTs are built to be as versatile as possible, allowing you to apply them to almost any shooting environment or lighting condition while still giving you creative freedom to elevate the look in your own way.

DISCLAIMER: I would like to note that LUTs do NOT fix bad footage. For LUTs to function as designed you must know how to properly expose your shots. This means having a good understanding with using your camera, exposure tools, white balance, composition, etc.. This is why I've included a 7 page "ReadMe" doc with this LUT Pack that goes over the basics of properly exposing your shots, along with images and links to videos that will elevate your videography skills to the next level.

WHAT CAMERA FOOTAGE WORKS WITH MY LUTS?:

Technically speaking, my Slog-3 version LUTs will work for almost any camera that can shoot in a LOG picture profile. This includes some cameras from Sony, Canon, DJI, Blackmagic, and Fujifilm. However, these are optimized for Sony Slog-3 S.Gamut3.Cine picture profile.

  • Sony: This is Slog-2 & Slog-3 (although you will need to make slight contrast adjustments when applying to Slog-2 footage).
  • Canon: This is C-log picture profile.
  • DJI: Some DJI drones (like the Maveric series) can shoot in LOG format. This is called D-log.
  • Fujifilm: This is F-log picture profile.

The Rec. 709 version LUTs are to be used on any footage shot in a NON-LOG profile. Some of these include movie, still, and S-cinetone. You will get the best result when using a camera that can shoot at least 10-bit color depth (if you don't know what this is then your camera probably shoots 8-bit). For 8-bit footage, depending on the exposure, you may have to adjust the contrast and/or saturation a bit.
